Release and Privacy Notice for the use of images, audio, video, voice and audiovisual content
“OZ 55th Anniversary” Event
OZ S.p.A., with registered office at Via Bastion no. 49/4, 36061 Bassano del Grappa (VI), Italy, certified email address ozspa@pec.ozracing.com, email marketing@ozracing.com, acting as Data Controller (“Controller”), intends to take photographs, record videos, audio and other audiovisual content in connection with the “OZ 55th Anniversary” event, to be held on 29 May 2026 at OZ Headquarter, Via Monte Bianco 10, 35018 San Martino di Lupari (PD), Italy.
This release and privacy notice applies to all individuals attending the Event who may be photographed, filmed, recorded or otherwise identified in the Content, including employees, collaborators, guests, partners, journalists, creators, suppliers and other participants.
For the purposes of this release, “Content” means photographic images, video footage, audio recordings, voice recordings, statements, interviews, environmental shots, backstage footage, frames, extracts, edits, adaptations and any other audiovisual content created in connection with the Event, in which the data subject may be identified or identifiable.
1. Authorisation to use the Content
Subject to the data subject’s consent pursuant to Articles 96 et seq. of Italian Law no. 633/1941 and Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR” or “Regulation”), the Content may be created, recorded, used, reproduced, published, disseminated, communicated to the public, technically and/or editorially adapted and stored by the Controller for purposes of documentation, institutional and corporate communication, promotion, disclosure, public relations, media relations, internal and external communication, commercial communication, marketing, advertising, as well as for the promotion and historical archiving of the “OZ 55th Anniversary” event and of initiatives connected with the OZ brand.
The Content may be used, in whole or in part, and/or in edited, adapted or technically reworked form, on the Controller’s websites, including ozracing.com, on the official OZ Racing and OZ S.p.A. social media channels, on corporate LinkedIn channels, in newsletters, press releases, PR and media relations materials, B2B, dealer and distributor materials, brochures, commercial presentations, event recap videos, editorial, promotional, institutional and celebratory materials, as well as in promotional, sponsored or advertising campaigns, both online and offline, including digital campaigns on platforms such as, by way of example, Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and TikTok.
The authorisation is granted for the use of the Content in Italy and abroad, including on a worldwide basis, through online and offline channels, including websites, social networks, digital platforms, editorial, promotional, institutional, PR, media relations, B2B, commercial and advertising materials.
2. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for the processing is the data subject’s consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation.
The data subject has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out before such withdrawal.
3. Recipients and parties involved in the processing
The Content may be processed by authorised personnel of the Controller and by third parties engaged to create, manage, post-produce, archive and disseminate photo, video, social media and PR materials relating to the Event, including KF ADV, with registered office at Viale Vicenza 36/C, 36031 Dueville (VI), Italy, which will act on behalf of OZ S.p.A.
The Content may also be processed, disclosed or made available, within the limits necessary for the purposes described above, to agencies, consultants, technical suppliers, media partners, press outlets, group companies, branches, importers, distributors, dealers and other parties involved in the communication, promotion, dissemination, public relations and enhancement of the Event, where necessary appointed as data processors pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation.
The publication of the Content on social networks, digital platforms and third-party channels may involve the processing of personal data in accordance with the terms, policies and settings of the relevant platforms.
4. Free-of-charge authorisation
The authorisation to pose, be recorded, and to allow the use, reproduction, publication, dissemination, communication to the public, technical/editorial adaptation, editing, cutting, subtitling, format conversion and non-substantial reworking of the Content is granted free of charge, without the data subject being entitled to claim any compensation, indemnity, royalties or remuneration of any kind, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
5. Protection of dignity and reputation
The Controller undertakes not to use the Content in contexts or manners that may prejudice the personal dignity, honour, reputation or decorum of the data subject.
6. Retention of the Content
The Content will be retained for a maximum period of 5 years for communication, promotion, marketing, advertising and Event documentation purposes.
Content selected for historical archive, institutional documentation and corporate memory purposes in connection with the “OZ 55th Anniversary” may be retained for a longer period, in compliance with the principles of data minimisation, relevance, storage limitation and security of processing.
7. Withdrawal of consent, removal and erasure
The data subject may at any time withdraw his/her consent and/or request the de-publication, removal or erasure of the Content concerning him/her by writing to marketing@ozracing.com or by sending a certified email to ozspa@pec.ozracing.com.
The Controller will remove the Content from its websites and official social media channels within 30 days of receiving the request, where technically possible and without prejudice to any legal retention obligations, the need to protect the Controller’s rights, materials already printed, distributed or disseminated, and publications made by third parties not under the Controller’s control.
In the case of printed, multimedia, editorial, PR, commercial or promotional materials already produced, printed, distributed or disseminated, the Controller undertakes not to further use the Content in subsequent reprints, reissues, reworkings or new disseminations, where technically and reasonably possible.
8. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Controller, in the cases provided for by the Regulation, access to his/her personal data, rectification, completion, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing and to withdraw the consent given.

Where the data subject believes that the processing of his/her personal data is carried out in breach of the Regulation, he/she has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, or to seek an effective judicial remedy before the competent courts pursuant to Article 79 of the Regulation.
